My 15 year old's mother was a show dog. All my rescues were BYB/Puppy mill pugs before I got her (she and her mother were both placed in rescue by the owner - mother was put down last year but was 15 at the time) and the difference in body, nose, tail, legs, and health are amazingly different. Be sure and post pics when the puppies are born.
I have a lot of friends I met through rescue who are breeders so I know it's not easy. And as I'm sure you know, as popular as pugs are, probably only 1 out every 1000 pup born was born from a responsible breeder.
