There are banks who will help you, we got one in Holland as well. If youre a criminal have like zero points on your credit score or want a life insurance when youre doing windows at a skyscraper you can go there.
Im sure Canada has such a bank too, prepare to pay huge rates though.

Yeah filing for bankruptcy is key. You could always try to open 20 to 30 credit cards and get cash advances on every one of them, but I wouldn't advise that unless you knew you'd be able to pay them off right away.Comment

Depends what your business is. Depends on whether you still have personal assets. A bank will give you a loan if it's fully secured - they may also require a guarantor.
Also, not sure what sites you have or if they are worth anything but I know Rick Latona has a company that loans money when good sites are given as collateral.
