i've had a few issues with them and i've been signed up for two months only. my virtual account goes down for 2 hours at a time, i think they overload there virtual servers with accounts which i don't think is right if they do. they should just load there servers with the amount of accounts the server was built to handle. and whenever you open a ticket they always give an excuse that your on a "virtual account". i guess just because we have virtual accounts they think it's okay for us to have some shitty service. what a bad way to treat customers. why would i ever want to get a dedicated server with them if they treat me like this while i'm testing there services. i have 6 dedicated servers on different hosts, and if Webairs services remains like this i would never upgrade to a dedicated account.
