                      No the FSC has to answer

                      This is going to be an ongoing thing for quite sometime

                      no matter which way the court rules that ruling will likely be appealed, same as in Blacks case

                          The DOJ has asked for a summary judgment by saying the FSC's challenge of the 2257 Regs is without merit and should be dismissed without a trial..

                          They are getting tired of waiting......too.
