I hate to pile on but I had the same problem. I did a epass/paypal transfer for her. She didn't have the money to pay me so she sold content to someone and had them pay me via paypal (something I didn't know about before agreeing to the transfer). She then failed to deliver that content to them and that person charged back the money on paypal. It took me three months to get my money and it wasn't from her. Another webmaster said that if she gave him a great deal on some content he would give me the money she owed me as a thank you to her. He got his content and I got paid, but not by her and it took 3 months to make it happen after countless broken promises.
The funny thing is after all of these problems she has hit me up a few times since to see if I would do another transfer for her.Comment

Considering the recent problems others are having worth a bump.
I hate scammers - the No1 reason I moved out of the adult side into more mainstream stuff. Sure they still exist but as a MUCH smaller % in most mainstream.

Before the lykos incident I thought she was attempting to make good. I got download access to the content packages etc. Problem was her/his server kept timing out breaking up these massive zip files. So I contacted her/him again and said you can just burn these to dvd and ship them to me. She said she was broke and could not really afford to do that right now, unless I compensated (paid her to get it done). I said send me your mailing address and I will send you the dvd's and you can ship them back via my companies fed ex number. Poof never heard from her again.
Guess since I was not gunna send her a cash advance it was no big deal suddenly. Then walla I look at some of the zips I did obtain and it was videos lykos produced.
Screw this person and lump them in with Tala.
BTW this new user Blue somthing that keeps popping up in the Tracy threads giving plausable reasons why she/he could of been taken, or defending her/him way to often has my suspicion level up.Comment

The money is gone gone gone - you can sue and make bad reports all you want. That is not going to get the money back because there is no money to be gotten back. It's spent.
She used greed to get more and more money from customers.
Pretty old con - nothing new - except her marks.
You just need to have someone on the ground where she lives to take a list of complaining customers to her local District Attorney's office. They can investigate, and if she ripped people off or sold content without permission, they will try her and put her in jail. It's not real hard to do this.
But really... if you are pissed, why give her more money? Why even think about it? She is a scammer. The whole lot of them need to be questioned to find out who did what.
No offense, but you can't do that by crying on the board. If you have a list of customers that were ripped off... and have real evidence, just call the district attorney's office and see what they say.
