It should be quite easy for an adult to change a childs diaper without feeling any sexual urges. My son goes to daycare 3 days a week, 3 hours a day its a good thing for me that the girls changing his diaper are not thinking its a big deal, and I am pretty sure when they leave work they don't feel like 'pedos'.
