There is a reason why there are not sites like this around. You are setting yourself up for some liability. I hope you are prepared to verify any negative posts made there.

AWI used to have a forum for stuff like this, and it was really abused. False claims made by competing companies.

It's not just false claims, but if you had a program or a service you could signup with multiple nicks using proxies etc. and post a bunch of postive reviews. At the end of the day, the information becomes useless... It's a really good idea but they never work out.

Wasn't there something else a year or 2 ago where you could vote/rate for the programs? I remember everyone having their friends etc. vote for their programs in order to bump up their ratings. No idea what became of that one.
