They seem to use segpay, so what would they need to comply with the ccbill rule(s)?

I signed up through the segpay but another thing they should be aware of is thier email is not working. It bounced back twice on me as I wanted to ask them about content for galleries and to tell them that they had a misspelling somewhere. My icq is acting up so I hope that they see this
