La Fee is the only one I would recommend. It is made with wormwood, it is the ONLY Absinthe that is monitored and authenticated by the Muse'e de l'Absinthe (absinthe museum).
I have a bottle of the Parisian, it's great. If you don't like the anise (licorice taste) try the Bohemian, it's more like the Czech style, although it doesn't louche (cloudy color from adding the water).
