He got bail. He could have followed the courts directions regarding that bail. Instead, he relocated outside of the county and ran the site again, apparently posting images that might be in question once again.

Doesn't matter porn or whatever... if you ignore a judge's order or attempt to be cute and play games with the law, the law will sit on your head.

I left California at my CPA's suggestion, to save money on taxes. I still own a house there and one here in Nevada. I have no problem paying my share, I'm just not giving it ALL away. Don't read too much into it. I pay taxes in Nevada too, I just don't hear from the IRS every other week like I used to.
