I totally agree with you here... there is one thing that don't make any sense to me though... Why do these people worry about content costs at all? I know that a tube site costs around $7000/month in bandwith for only 100,000 daily users. So if Megarotic has 1 million users/daily, then their bandwith costs are $70,000 / month.

Now my question is, if someone's costs are $70,000 / month, why not add another $7,000 / month and purchase 70 licenced DVDs ? That would only raise the total costs by 10%, but would keep megarotic and other tube sites legal? 70 clicenced DVDs would give them PLENTY of LEGAL content for each month.

So you see Paul, you keep talking about how "content costs too much money"...you are right, it costs money, but in comparison to their bandwith costs, it's a drop in the ocean...so my answer to all that is - it's not about the content costs - it's about the variety of content. Purchased DVD content is just DVD content and never has the quality of let's say Brazers' videos.

Those are my thoughts..i may be wrong though
