That is exactly what will happen.
Probate law sucks. When I used to do paralegal work I had probate attorneys that would use me to write up things like discovery requests because they knew I could do it as well as them and it just wasn't worth putting in their own time as they would probably not see a dime for years.
Of all the fields I have dabbled in, probate law is the one I would never consider making a profession.
