It depends. If you have a particular audience a negative post could be entertaining and serve as a break from you selling something with every post.

As Cory said, it could increase your trust level.

On another note, I think it is a common mistake that adult blog makers make to try to sell something with every post. Switch up the content of your posts. Talk about some other stuff to engage the reader. Throw in a joke or some other commentary. A funny photochopped picture of Ms. Sourh carolina or something.

With so many splog'ish sites out there you have to stand out from the crowd or else you might as well just make free sites and TGP's at this point.
