Seymore Butts did accept a lesser plea, BUT he was able to continue manufacturing the fisting version of the video (Tampa Tushy Fest 2) as long as he produced a non-fisting version.

There are no laws saying that fisting is illegal... please show me a law where fisting is considered obscene.
