I contacted camazon.com about the same thing about a months ago, but they didn't see a problem with it. So if you want to make a fortune by spamming youtube, camazon.com is a good affiliate.

Their hosting shut them down for about 8 hours to make it seem they were acting on the report, but it was up again very fast on the same server
