Oh a slight problem going on with calling that number and entering user number. It worked the first two times, since then it connects, but you cant hear a voice on it either way. Ill test it out a bit more to make sure its not something on my side, but if I call out to my cell phone its working fine then. Just reporting the bugs for ya. ;)Comment

First of all, we offer the same as Vonage. They can use normal phones as well.
Second, you have no place in posting in my thread. Just because you read something

for pre-configured versions of their software for our users.

It's saying that for all of the US calls I have attempted to make so far.
I'll reconfigure the settings tommorrow on the softphone. It might be a settings mixup.
So far I only got connected to one call earlier, which I got the voicemail on.
Since that call, nothing worked back. I'll keep you posted tommorrow on the situation, I'm mobile right now.

Just tried it real quick on one of the laptops. It's up and running! :D

A. When selecting a headset there are several things you must choose between a USB Headset or a Mic/Heaphone jack connected headset. Here at SplitInfinity, when it comes to our laptops, we use Logitech headsets, specifically the Internet Chat Headset. This headet works well and is inexpensive ($19.00 USD).Comment
