My sales are down, but I hadn't worked in the first two weeks of August so traffic was a bit down too.

Yeah, a lot of people take the week off before Labor Day.
College kids pay for school books.
Father dishout cash for their college bound kids.
Mothers pay for back to school stuff.
Even the hardcore perverts have to take a break.
Once in school mode the sales should pick up again.

this pay period is the worsto for me this year too, I'm at 0:2000 to 0:3000 to quite a few sponsors

well, look on the bright side - I'll sure start looking at mainstream, doing new things is always exciting

August is always poor for sales, people usually have rest at this time. My personal experience.
