I'll say it one more time... bdjuf said that ALL THEY did on the 4 servers they had access to and that were online was to update the OS.... SI said that everything bdjuf said was 100% correct... SI also said there were more servers up and running than just those 4 and that "maybe" some could have been hacked or something.... So... no where in any of the information we have do we know WHO was doing the spamming. For all we know if could have been some "rogue employee" inside SI... If you were paying attention, you will see that (1) what bdjuf and SI say happened is different, (2) 350 spam complaints came in within 2 hours, (3) SI suffered some sort of issue that lead to a fine from a third party as a result of this spam, and (4) bdjuf has agreed to pay the fine if the bill or other proof is forthcoming.Originally posted by Tempest

I have a feeling that at least part of (2) (3) and (4) may potential have come due to incomplete disclosure of operations and mailer style.

SplitInfinity Networks does NOT support spammers.
We have had our run in with them in the past, and perhaps made some money
from them in the early 90's however have not condoned actual "spam" for quite
some time. Spammers do slip through the cracks, false names and identities and
stuff... they have the "lets run with it till they catch us" approach.
I respect BDJuff and will not tarnish his name. This issue was a personal argument
gone astray and has now been rectified with negotiation between him and I.
In the end, no matter what, I did not rip anyone off, I mereley negotiated a fair
exchange that would satisfy both parties. If BDJuff was not happy with the outcome
im sure he would mention that fact.
But for now, all you false accusers and fake nicks, competitors and otherwise who post unsubstantiated facts and fiction should cease your prodding. I see many people
talking out of the side of their face and that is just disgusting.
Quit pissing on BDJuff for things you no nothing about. Like I said, there are details of this argument that you all will *never* know.
