Dipshit buys and album and considers it "promotional" because they aren't selling it directly. They use the clips for a paid project. You might notice they don't steal from metallica or any other contemporary artist. They claim having the vinyl gives them the right to gank it.
They say DJ's can do whatever they want with the said intellectual property because it's for promotional reasons not related to either the artist or the label.
Dipshit gets paid for said project and keeps justifying it's for promotional use without handing over any of the money or time to the intellectual property owners.
Sponsor hands out stolen music remixed without paying royalties.
