I had someone here ask me if I could supply a box or two... and if I was ready to handle a few complaints. My answer was no. I respect the guy for being forthcoming as much as I was ...
Splitinfinity promised wires and so on ... If they would have said from day one: " We don't issue refunds for spammers", I would respect their position. They didn't .
They prefered to go the BS route. Too Bad...

bdjuf is in the right here - Split Infinity long before most of the adult hosting companies followed suit hosted mailers/spammers gladly. They knew exactly what bdjuf and his partner were buying and using the servers for. And they got in shit for it - that was their risk - they should give him the money owing and be done with it.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. That's my problem with the whole thing. Instead of dealing with the problem up front at the beginning of the transaction by communicating with the client, they (SI) want to drag this shit out for months? It sucks that their name is getting dragged thru the mud in this thread but that is what happens when you stop communicating with a client that you owe $8K to and lie to him about sending him his refund.Originally posted by directfiesta
It sounds like this will be resolved pretty quickly now that everything is out in the open and it's a shame that all this could have been avoided if only SI would have answered a phone call, an email or an ICQ. Or perhaps not lied about sending the wire time after time. Either way, this doesn't shed a positive light on how SI does business IMHO.
