we lost 3k on the currency conversion but i think you mean 6-figures was possible. spend was kind of a limited domain for development i think. if it was save.com it would have been more apt for today's market. nobody offered more and the previous best offer was 70k at the moniker auction a few months ago. i think it was time to turn and burn.

You take 10%?

Hi Baddog,
How was your trip up to s.f.?
Good questions: You can submit your list with or without pricing but only truly marquise domains can be listed on SailingMoon with "Make Offer". The rate is 10%-14% depending on the amount of the sale (scaling). Also we are paying affiliates 5% on SailingMoon.com sales and 10% on HuntingMoon.com sales fyi. Full terms and conditions will be posted and emailed to all domain owners who are considering listing domains on the site. The key thing we are looking for are responsible-proactive domain owners who regularly update their account with SailingMoon to have their latest domains up and sold domains delisted in timely fashions. We want the site to be as reliable and efficient as HuntingMoon and offer the same quick turnarounds. The thing we need to avoid is the sedo-ishness of 1000's of domains listed that have already changed hands and are no longer for sale and also the lack of replies from listers at sedo too.
