Think about what is happening, pages are becoming "pages" -- images are going to become the substance-anchor, their role in the math of TRUSTRANK will be huge and it will follow from a complex (yes, AI) that is going to "guess" what images are from an analysis of all the links and all the links of to other pix in the index with the same and similar file name, size, CONTEXT of first appearance, etc.
To play into any of that (rather than be chopped up as fodder for somebody else's SERP) you have to put an image somewhere hard -- and let fucking people HOTLINK to it, ENOURAGE them.

Google Image traffic isn't bad at all, it's worse than "normal" Se traffic, but I'd guess Frank get's it to his TGP galleries, and I'd value Google Image traffic more worthful than TGP traffic (would depend on your keywords). So just keep it

i mentioned it in another thread -- not sure if anybody picked up, you know what the guys who are scary good at image shit do with their image serps, they are vanity plates, branding, calling cards, a place to show off some tricks -- that's it.
