                What confuses me is this. Why would SI jerk him around since August instead of just getting on the phone and telling him what the problem was and getting that shit cleared up right away? This seems to be an underlying problem with drama like this. One party can't get the other party to return their emails, their ICQ's and/or their phone calls. That's a pretty fucked up way of doing business if you ask me. If SI would have kept that line of communication open, this probably wouldn't not have made it to the board(s).

                            Agree! It screwed up at stage one on broken promises of servers, then agreements to refund on several occasions - which never happened. Hard to present *any* credible defense for that.

                            There is little point in getting the hump over some irritant phone conversations and letting that end up personal. Basically - it's all bullshit.

Seems to me this was caused by chris not liking bjufs partner, and when his partner threatened to sue if he didn't get his money, started dicking them around to get "even" with him.. regardless of how much of an asshole bdjufs partner is, doesn't mean you should withhold their money without delivering their services/product

                                                                                                                                    2.) You shouldn't be offering to fly him out there. YOU should be flying up there.

                                                                                                                                    3.) When you keep saying you want to come to a "fair for both of you" solution, i'm assuming you mean deduct the fine from the 8000... in which case you should show proof to bdjuf... i don't know what is so hard about faxing them a copy of the fine?

                                                                                                                                    4.) Holding someones money for 5 months and giving them a runaround is unacceptable any way you look at it, especially if it was over a grudge

                                                                                                                                    AND THE MAIN POINT

                                                                                                                                    5.) You didn't once address the fact that you told bjuf you had SENT the wire numerous times. So you are saying you lied about sending the money and gave them the runaround intentionally? bdjuf says hes got logs of you saying you've already sent the wire numerous times... so whats all this talk about "fly out here and resolve it" ? If you already told him you've sent the wire a bunch of times, looks like it was resolved, no? Then send the man his money


                                                                                                                                    what it looks like, and you can choose to not say anything on gfy and exclaim you want to deal with it between you and bdjuf, is that you got in an arguement with bdjufs partner and decided to fuck with them + their time

Chris has offered to go to Canada so either way it can be resolved. I was just trying to have a friendly debate with a few people instead my business gets put into question and i'm called names lol.

If you already told him you've sent the wire a bunch of times, looks like it was resolved, no? Then send the man his money

So if someone is willing to fly to you and meet you face to face to make a resolve I don't see the problem with that. Split has been around a long time so I doubt they got there fucking people over. I think that was the route likewhoa went and it did not work out to well.

When I moved to them I had a financial issue with them that totalled pretty close to 8k. As soon as Chris realized where the issue stood I got my full refund back and am still hosted with them..... Couldn't imagine Chris shafting anyone, I would say there is a lot more to this than meets the eye...
