I would recommend redesigning the site and maybe rewording a few sentences. When the site looks professional, buyers may assume the product is as well.

About the "gansta nigga" thing...
The context you use the term in didn't seem like you are emulating trends, it seemed like you were using it in an almost racist manner. I was hinting that you may be alienating visitors & potential buyers of certain ethnicities with an offensive term such as that. You could of simply said "thug" instead (or something of the sort)

Fighting on a computer isn't going to get either one of us any more site growth or sales...so I'm just going to stop with this thread. If you want to yell at me some more, feel free to...but I have more important matters at hand.

No offense, but not being able to take criticism will either frustrate you to the point of quitting your project, or will get you shunned by those who could have offered you great ideas & advice.

Looks and content go hand in hand. If it doesnt look like you put effort into the site, why would they believe you put any more effort into the video?

Just as in any other business, you should maintain a somewhat professional attitude, whether we can actually see you or not. I think that's what Rattlehead was getting trying to get across.
