oh please - the US beating Canada in basketball is like Canada beating Haiti in ice hockey. especially since Canada's two best players, Steve Nash and Jamaal Magloire aren't playing for Canada.
The US will have just as tough a time next Olympics with Argentina, Spain and Greece as they have in all recent international basketball tournaments.
Let's see how they do against Argentina and Brazil.
