I'm very happy with NationalNet. I put the customer support team through hell with my site's growning pains and they give me 1st class treatment every time.

I cant say enough about their support. I have never seen any other company have a response time (and the ability to fix it) like NatNet.

I don't think I've had a server with rackspace since 2000 or 01.

You made the right choice.
been with them for about 6 years or so, kind of amazing how it takes about a ring and half for tech to answer a call every time we've had a question or problem no matter what time it is.

We don't have prices on our site because we don't do the traditional packages. We prefer to tailor plans based on customer needs rather than lock them into a package that may not be right for them.

Again, it's all about the customer
