Do you understand the underlying problem?
It is true p2p sharing itself it will never be stopped,but i can be slowdown.For example if you remember napster,that program had 10x more music and software for download then anythign else today.Or sites like lokitorrent and suprnova which was shutdowned and no site today can match their traffic.
