Just reading this thread only reinforces the reason why I don't and never will use any outsorcing company. No other way to say it but the majority are ALL shit in my books. Just look how these guys conduct themselves and they want us to consider investing dollars and trust into them. I think not.
The best outsourcing to me is going to the local community college and post an ad.
I like them for the following reasons:
1) They bust their ass because they want to prove themselves and more importantly they enjoy what they do.
2) They speak english and have above average communicatin skills.

It works because they are able to pick and choose the cream of the crop for their own company. Plus they work side by side with those employees. It's task based really.. something I want a lot of control over/lots of finessing with a high degree of subjectivty as to it's quality, I do it inhouse.
