Completely unrelated topic... but i'll throw this out there incase you know.
How is the real estate market in costa rica if one was looking into buying a vacation property? Good investment, or are the prices pretty inflated already?
And is there any good areas on the caribbean coast with water/internet/etc.. and easy access to airport?
