Actually, I believe that the mail gets through faster during the holidays since the post office is staffed to the gills. I sent a card to a good friend of mine in Dallas (I'm in Tampa) and he called me in 2 days thanking me for it.

That could have been a freak occurance just like this incident.

You're not human if you don't feel a single shred of sadness for the guy. I feel bad for him but I also agree with Jace, he [sub.eric] should have withdrew his name (or never even signed up) if he knew that he wasn't going to be able to afford anything.
