Congrats to ADGWD (real nick unpronouncable by a mere mortal) for the Oswald pic win.

For the 3rd place 'Flood' pic - since thanks are in order...I'd like to thank:

1) Hurricane Katrina (for providing the water)
2) The white trash of New Orleans for their amusing survival priorities.
3) Pres. Bush, Michael Brown & FEMA for taking their sweet time sending in disaster relief and thus providing the photo op.
