So the xBiz article was pretty accurate, the rest of the deal seems to include payments that are contingent based upon earnings goals being met. 8 million cash on the deal closing, 2 mill in a year, 2 mill 2 years after. You can't include money thats not guaranteed. Can't blame them for writing the article the way they did...Comment
