no information on the 12/21 non-gkard payout (it's still too early in the morning)
You can check CMI for details on your payout.
So iBill is current on all payouts for current processing.
We are still working on settlement funding for money owed from last year, but anybody processing with us since March 2005 is receiving their money.

We sued, Ibill paid 5 payments, and now court again
Sued Ibill for money owed, Ibill entered into a settlement agreement, Ibill paid 5 monthly installments, and now missed the last payment. Our lawyers have made a motion to get the money per the terms of the agreement.
So whoever Andrew at Ibill is, I can definitely say Ibill's not honoring the terms of the settlement agreement they entered into with us.Comment

Ok, I'll pile on here too. Check the source on the check transaction payouts you guys received late.. it is probably symmetrex. Symmetrex is the "safe and secure" way that gkard transactions are paid. Ibill is sending payout orders to symmetrex for non-gkard payouts... why do you think there was a delay in the 12/15 gkard payout? they spent the money paying check transactions that were to have been paid 11/21. They are digging their own grave. its only gonna get worse.Comment

I emailed Andrew and he basically told me too bad, that money is gone unless you want to negotiate something to get you part of it. But I am a lowly affiliate so I cannot negotiate for my money. It is up to the companies I promoted and those companies moved their processing fast to someone else. Motherfucking IBILl waited all year then added all the chargebacks into my two last checks. Had they told me about chargebacks, I would have budgeted to make up the diffrence, but insted, they took 90% of my money in charge backs. At the same time, they owe me for holdbacks that is due for October, November, and December. when I asked about this on december 1st, I was told they will pay it with my December 15th check to make up for the chargebacks they took. Well, where is it? I made $6000 in sales for the 15th period, I got a check on the 21st for $400. Where is my holdback? why didnt you pay me? No answer from IBILL. Within the first weeks of IBill problems more than a year ago, we got our data from them imported to CCBill
