But how is their customer service? That's what I'd be worried about. Who has time to click around on a bunch of help topics like on yahoo.

Get your own virtual hosting plan, get your own domain = you play by your own rules.
If you cant afford to spend the $10 a good virtual hosting cost a month, then get out right now - you will never make any money

Kris, I think that's exactly what it is. A virtual hosting plan, that includes your own domain name, for about $10 per month. Who are you talking to ?

I have quite a few domains on this plan for more reasons than price

They have great domain prices too.

I tried to report a CP site hosted on Yahoo.
Took me 30 minutes to find the right form.
2 days went on and the site was still up took me another 30 minutes to find a phone number and then I was told to fill out a form.

I wonder how their support are.

I'm sure it's contracted out to another company like the domains are.

                          Sounds familiar.

I reported a site that was copyright infringing our images.
Yahoo closed OUR site and deleted OUR user accounts.

                          Yahoo's a fucked organization.
