Just another attempt at maintaining the current trade deficit by switching money from one hand to the other.

It goes like this - "we" borrow $30 billion more from the Central Bank of China. "We" are the government. "We" give $30 billion in "aid" to Israel (sounds good eh?

). Israel orders $30 billion in arms. "We" then become "us". "Us" have extensive interests in arms manufacturing and make massive amounts of money from the Israeli trade.

Who looses out? Well... the US taxpayer of course. They get the $30 bill debt baggage and the interest payments to maintain it. *lol*

Just a microcosm of the bigger fraud by a corrupt government...

Sure - they don't exist. Thanks to the "dealers in death".

Ironically Rice has been touring the Middle East trying to purvey more arms (sorry "aid") to a number of Arab countries. Apart from trying to create another "us" and "them" scenario, the levels of arms she is trying to dump would help the US trade balance. But... she has had a cool reception from most countries - they are prob not interested in playing stupid games and don't need "aid".
