That picture is heartbreaking. I think you can feel that they still love each other and that he probably really wants and needs her, but she looks shocked and almost like there is someone off camera holding a shotgun.
If their marriage lasts it should be put on a pedestal of what true love is. Sadly, I doubt it will. He obviously has a lot of medical issues and most likely emotional issues and that is a lot to ask a 21 year old bride to deal with.
I do wish them luck.
Any leader of any country should be shown pictures like this on a daily basis as a reminder that the decisions they make effect real peoples lives in very dramatic ways.
