would you like a club that was empty?

a beach that was empty?

if a restaraunt is empty is that a good sign or a bad sign?

Yep only the fools didnt make palns and reservations as soon as they saw the dates, I eman nothing like waiting till the last minute then bitching. LOL

in fact rooms were almost as cheap as cancun, or florida when they first went on sale and the dates were known, I mean it is not like this show was/is a surprise to anyone. ( why wait ?) then get upset when the hotels figure out hmmm we can charge more now . I am only paying 212 a night at ceasars ( but I planned ahead)

and I have a limo reserved one night, and I have dinner reservation made other nights, and guess what i am a local so I know other off strip good restaurants to go to as well that are a short drive 9 as oppossed to a long line) away.

if you tip your cab driver good and get his direct number he will come back for you and ignore the lines you can call him direct the whole time you are there ( and rest assured all the cabbies wil be working all week)

if you want to do it on the cheap, then you are right better stay at home or go somewhere else because vegas is not cheap. at anytime of the year. and they ALWAYS raise the hotel rates when it is a big event in town.

Vegas sucks during CES, I don't care how you try to sugar coat it. 100k lookie-loos, wanting to see some titties.

Restaurants are overbooked, restaurant staff are not in a good mood in general... CES people tip like shit, so every service person in town dreads the entire week. Traffic is a nightmare, on the strip it always is, yes, but all the little side streets off the strip turn into snarled up messes. You might as well walk or take the tram.

Don't fuck up and miss your flight home or you'll be sitting there for hours or even days trying to get a flight out, either.

And yes, it did snow in Vegas last year, the morning after the last day of the show. Wasn't sticking but the airport was on about a 4 hour delay when I left.
