When this Award was first mentioned by IwantU Lara I nominated her. I still stand by my nomination and this is why. She's been in this business for several years and although many of you are just getting to know her, once you do meet her you 'll know why she's one of the sweetest women in the biz. She's been with IWantU since day one and despite what many may say, she's the reason that company is where it is today. No she may not have the resume like the others mentioned and the competition is TOUGH, her loyalty goes much further.

IWantU_Lara is totally kick ass. She knows what she wants & she works her butt off for it. She hold her own big time. If you agree with her or not you have to respect, (like BigasMoe said) her loyalty which in allot of places can be hard to find. She has stuck through & worked thick & thin to make sure everyone around her has pushed for nothing less of the best! Ive known her for 4 years & she is a great person to know for sure!

I know a LOT of women in this business, but here's some of them :
IwantU Rosalia Lara - 6+ years with one company is somehting not many people can do in this industry
Myjah - One of the best reputations for a rep I think I know (well deserved too)
Sunny Leone - Doing a LOT of different business all over the place. Definately not just a 'content girl'
XBiz Kristen - Takes care of her business over at XBiz!
Violet (from 2much) - One of the more intelligent girls in the business I've met and awesome at what she does (and hey a fellow Montrealer to boot ;p)
Muffin (Ynot radio) - Takes great care to give you te most bang for your buck where YNot Radio is concerned.
Hopefully IwantU Jennyfer will be on this list next year once she gets more experience
