There are so many amazing females in the industry. Years ago, I would have said we were "outnumbered". The times have changed and there is notshortage of intelligent, savvy, and (dare I say it?) sexy ladies found both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.

Because Im not really a board person, I build programs for people, and am more back end. I bring in the more one to one business deals with the larger programs. I don't necessarily scout out for traffic ... I build programs and recruit people and help build infrastructures. Going on 6 years in March, NetBabe has only been my handle since 2002 when I worked at Babenet ... before that I was in AVS and people like CyberAge Dave and Laith from AC know me (As I was at AC for 2 years). Im kind of a dinosaur and have seen many different products, trends and companies evolve, die or become cicular.NetBabe

I don't think past winners are able (or should be able) to win again, right D$? So, thanks to anyone that mentioned me, but that counts me out, and I'm not coming to Vegas in any case, first time in 8 years...
I can't remember the entire list of winners, but I dont think Alli from Topbucks is on there. If she's not, she's my first choice for getting the big one. That girl busts ass constantly, has been with the same company for as long as I can remember, and is instrumental in their success. And they are indeed successful.
If Alli already has the big wooden dildo, err, I mean award... ;)
Then Stephanie from PlatinumBucks or Ellisa from MadeInPorn.com would be tied for my next two choices.
Steph has been around a long time, and has put up with some shit that might have made alot of people quit (prior to PB, I mean) and then gone on to do very well with PB, contributing to the bottom line in a myriad of ways. She's a fantastic person to hang around with, full of bright ideas that could help anyone's business.
Ellisa started with PB, and absolutely helped build the program into what it is today. Now she runs her own program with Tanker -- and works with Tanker day in and day out (that's got to be worth some votes lol). She also has ethics and integrity that go beyond average, and she's smart as a whip to boot.
My last suggestion would be Parney, otherwise known as Mrs. Cybercat. Those of you that know Mark and Parney understand how much of the grunt work gets taken care of by Parney, and how much her attention to detail helps keep their business growing and thriving. She's always extremely giving to anyone they do business with, and they certainly have a tremendous business... the amount of traffic they control is just phenomenal.
So those are my nominations, and my reasoning behind it.
There are a lot of classy women in this business, and a lot of good businesswomen. But if you want to look at who's done what for this year, backed up by what they've done in years past, I think that any of these women should be first and foremost on the list.
I hope that I didn't hurt any feelings, or bruise any egos with the shortness, and perhaps unexpectness, of my list, that was certainly not my intention.
