I envy him. He has 2 kids, a wife, a house and seems very happy. To me in life all that matters is being happy. Besides, it serves as a pretty piss poor insult... I have a family and am happy. Yup, that's quite the insult. I'm crushed. He sure owned me.
Also, I challenge anyone to be the sole income earner of the family with children and ask them if they feel owned. Anyone who thinks that having a family is easier or makes you feel like less of a success... they really have no clue how much MORE to life it is, not less.
He acts as if I've never been 21. I was 21, I had the beach avenue apartment in downtown Vancouver... now I have a family who are happy and healthy and doing well.
Yup, that makes me owned.
