This is weird coming from a guy that is against piracy and stealing of content. Since when did stealing affiliate sales become okay? Mansion Productions knowingly armed thieves with the tools they required to steal from affiliates.

Additionally, how come money is money in the case of programmers but not in the case of photographers? It just means that more photographers have morals and a conscience.

You can't be selective of whom you target with bad conduct when you scream that people like AFF, Sexbankroll, SexSearch, et al should be liable for funding piracy. Surely you need to be consistent in these matters.
