Ok I will give up the easy way to get rid of a wheelchair asshole without coming off as a dick (assuming they deserve it) nor resorting to violence all the while having minimal resistance from the person in the chair.

Come up from behind them, grab the push bars if present while keeping your nuts at least 8 inches away from the chair (head plus nuts equals bad), slightly lift the chair so the back wheels leave or almost leave the ground so that they can not put back much if any resistance. Then proceed to wheelbarrow them of the room. The front wheels will make this super simple.
