Funny you say that. I am a former Fleet customer. Re-opened my Fleet account under Bank of America.
Infiniti tells me thatout of 10's of thousands of Bank of America accounts....MINE and ONLY MINE is not allowing them to take ACH payments from my account.
Bank of America says its not their fault. They have no answer for me. So i just FUCKING closed my account and I get a cashiers check in 7-10 days with my balance.

Go with Wachovia, bro! Their customer service rocks and I have all my accounts with them (Business and Personal). I had a problem with my personal account once and they were all over it! The manager finally called me at 9:30pm to insure me that everything was fixed. That's what I call Customer Service!!!
I've been with them since they were First Union and have never had one single bad thing to say about them.
