Don't call them "bongs" and simply refer to them as "water pipes" and it's totally 100% legal. Also, you can refer to them as "tobacco pipes" because that's what they are manufactured as. Totally legal.

I would stay far away from any online paraphenelia sites... the Up in smoke or whatever the fuck opperation was a big blow to alot of people.. Especially the glass blowing industry here in Eugene, OR .. Even Tommy Chong came here and recruited a shitload of blowers..
