Also, for a site, and some may agree or not, but I would say you need this to start...
at least 10 to 15 thousand original pictures. At least 30 hours of downloadable original video.
You will need hosting, Camz can work out a deal there, or you can get your own managed server. You'll need processing from a company like ccbill. You will have to have your site done and ready to go BEFORE you get your processing as they will check the site. (follow thier rules for what you need to have on the tour etc)
You will need to have something that keeps your members, weekly updates of new content, Live cams etc. Build a relationship with your fans..
Design work, Lots of people on here could handle the design, but you need the content first.... something to design with.
Once everything up and running, you need members... members come from traffic... traffic come mainly from affiliates. At least do a CCbill affiliate program, provide you affiliate with anything they need in the form of free content in order to sel your site. Your going to give them a minimum of 50% the signup fee and 50% or any recurring membership right off the top, 14-15% Goes to the processor of he top. You will take your remaining 35% and from it pay for everything else, equipment, hosting yada yada...
Get to know people to work WITH. do shared content shoots etc... they will help your exposure and your content.
