I find that it's better to be patient in these matters. I know it's hard when the matter is more urgent, and with really important matters I usually track down a phone number and get someone from whatever program I'm dealing with on the phone, and talk things over directly. Things get solved much easier and quicker that way, at least from my experience.
Adi and Adam from Pussycash are quite busy to say the least, but they do get back to you in due time, eventually. Sometimes it's sooner, sometimes it's later, but to me the most important thing is that they do reply.
