I know how to do them.
but I want a way to get only the site in photoshop without
the need to crop the top IE/firefox bar.

Here's a tip, which oddly it seems nobody knows. Press and hold ALT while hitting Print Screen to capture just the active window.

I used to write technical documentation, so.. this was a nice tip for me.

In firefox you can turn off the navigation toolbar and go fullscreen (F11) and cap from there.

You can always hit Print Screen and then CTRL-V into Photoshop. Crop it and you're done.
