I have to add Naughty America to the good list. They seem top notch and have always been good to their affiliates. Case in point, a few months back where they caught someone using adware and actually returned the sales back to the rightful affiliate refferrers.
So we have (from what I see so far):

Also might I suggest a seperate list where the GOOD BUSINESSES are listed according to services and niches offered? This way when we have need for a service, we can refer to this list and help reward the ones doing right?
