    Awesome use of the fan sign!!! How'd you guys do that? You generate them on the fly using a script or something??

          basically its just regular geo targetting...and then you put it in an image...(using php with GD library or any other graph lib....the same technique was used with sigs with counters in them....counting clicks and views etc )
          mmm my sig was too big... no more cool animation

                          hehe np...I was wondering how it's done myself until I had to do something similar for a client ;)

                          it is really not difficult to do, BUT getting it right, and using a nice font etc... can be a piece of work I guess!.... This one (mayorsmoney one) is really well done!

                              I agree. Most of the GEO-targetting states that my city is "Wayland"...I don't even know wtf that is. Nowhere around me that's for sure. And that one hit it right on the money.
