my first TGP: i have few questions + your critics welcomed

I used to submit galleries and free sites, but recently I decided to try and build tgp site and here it is : http://www.pix43.com/main/
I?m still working on it, but it?s almost finished. It consists mostly from sponsors hosted galleries, updates automatically once in 24 hours.

My questions:

1) There are about 30 categories, 20-30 galleries in each + galleries on mina page ? above 400 new galleries daily. Isn?t it too much ? Is there a chance for success for multi-niche TGP site nowadays, when every one tries to be as targeted as possible ?

2) What attitude have surfers towards sponors hosted galleries ? Is there a chance they will bookmark my site or else they immediately recognize and don?t like sponsor hosted galleries ?

3) Is it possible to gain trafiic and not to redirect some percent to traffic-trades ?
I assume surfers don?t like to be redirected. E.g. send them to trade partners ONLY when they click on ?visit friends? links ?
